Assembler status update #3

I stayed up all night ( don't ask me why)

Anyway,
the only things left to do with the assembler are:
-implement all the arithmetic instructions
-implement the bitwise instructions
-implement loads & stores
-finish documentation
-build in a way to write to binary instead of plain text like the file is right now.
